Payment Methods
We accept online payments
through PayPal. You may pay via VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through the safe and
secure online checkout system via Paypal. You can also pay with Money Order (US Postal only).

one priority. We use PayPal as our online payment processor, all on-line transactions are sent through PayPal's secure server

Shipping
Policy
We only ship by US Postal
Service Mail. All orders are shipped within 2-3 days business days after payment received. The buyer's signature
is required at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for missing, stolen or damaged product due to mishandling
by the shipping company.
Shipping Address
Requirements
Your shipping address must
match your credit card billing address or PayPal confirmed address. For your protection, we are unable to ship to alternate
addresses. We are also unable to change the address after payment. Sorry, no exceptions.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is confirmed
and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail, which will include a delivery tracking number for your shipment.
Insurance Coverage
Insurance is optional. The
insurance cost depends of the product's value. We are not responsible for missing, stolen or damaged product due to mishandling

Domestic Orders (50 USA States & Puerto Rico)
- Refurbished Laptops: $19.00
via USPS Priority Mail Service (2-4 Days Delivery Estimated Time).
- Memory and Hard Drives: $4.95
for first item by USPS First Class Service (4-7 Days Delivery Estimated Time) and
$1.95 for each additional item.
- Other parts and upgrades: The shipping
and handling cost will depend of the product's weight and destination.

International Orders
- We need to know the city, postal code, and the country
to determine the shipping charges. We use USPS International Priority (6-10 days estimated delivery time) for all
of our international shipments. Full insurance coverage against theft, loss and or damage is required.
- All international buyers are responsible for any taxes,
customs and duties that may be assessed by their government.

For all international shipments, we will not be held responsible or
liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to
your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs
office.
