Warranty Policy

All products sold have been fully tested and 100% guaranteed
to be in perfect working condition.

The warranty period begins on the date the item is received.

All sales are final. Warranty is for repair or replacement (with similar or better product) at our sole discretion
only. In case the product can not be repaired or a replacement is not available a refund for the purchase price will be issued
(less shipping).
- Replacement
parts will be new, refurbished, used, or non-original manufacturer’s parts that perform to the factory specifications
of the product at our option.

The warranty and returns terms apply only to customers from USA 50 States, Puerto
Rico and Canada.

Overall cosmetic appearance on refurbished/used products are not covered
under warranty.

Batteries are consumable products so they are not tested and not covered
under warranty.

Warranty is void if customer has in any way modified the product.

This Warranty does not cover damage due to external causes including
accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by us, usage not in accordance with product
instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied
by us. This warranty will be voided if the user installs an operating system other than what we ship including Unix, Linux,
and Windows 98, NT, etc.

This warranty does not cover any items that are in one or more of the
following categories: software, batteries, charging system, accessories or parts added to the laptop computer after the system
is shipped from us.

We will not be able to offer any warranty to our international customers.
Please accept our product "As Is". We will put our outmost care to test and package your shipment to ensure that it will meet
your satisfaction.
We own all parts removed from repaired
products. We use new and reconditioned parts made by various manufacturers in performing warranty repairs and building replacement
products. If we repair or replace a product, its warranty term is not extended.
Product Return
Policy
Shipping and insurance
charges to return a product to us for warranty service or refund are at the buyer's expense, and are not refundable.
All returns are subject to our prior approval. Defective returns require
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted following expiration of the warranty period.
Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at his/her expense. We will ship the repaired
or replacement products to you at our cost via USPS Priority Mail.
Defective Products Returns
(within the warranty period): If warranty service is required within the warranty period buyer must email
us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and return instructions.
Non-Defective Products Returns:
Buyers can returns non-defective items for a refund, less a 10% restocking fee of the purchase price, within
(5) days after the delivery date. We do not refund shipping charges; no exceptions. Refunds are processed when the product
is returned intact.
